Wayne Gates

Wayne Gates, CEO of CCBEC, has been involved in business management for over 20 years across a diverse range of industries. Wayne has extensive knowledge in sales, marketing, distribution and manufacturing. Wayne heads the BEC team. His door is always open to provide answers to questions you may have regarding the operation of your business.

Debbie Carroll

Prior to joining CCBEC in 2000 Debbie operated her own small business for 8 years. Debbie is now the Senior Facilitator at CCBEC and holds qualifications in Small Business Management and has extensive Sales, Marketing and Management skills. Debbie delights in helping small business owners start their new businesses, then assisting them to grow into successful small business operators.

Darren Chan

Darren Chan was the General Manager of the Apollo Resort at Wamberal for 12 years and since then has worked in various management positions including Westfield, Woolworths and the Intercontinental Hotel Group. Darren has a Business Degree in Marketing and a Masters in Management Enterprise.
